Summary

With a “Master’s degree in Women & Gender Studies”,I have been working with different international organizations for the 14 years. Presently i have joined Louis Berger as Training Coordinator in USAID Punjab Workforce Development Project based in Lahore, I also worked as Consultant - TVET Specialist with ACTED Pakistan. I have been engaged in developing relationships with key stakeholders and community leaders to plan culturally appropriate community activities that create economic and social value through positive youth leadership roles. Most of my TVET related work experience remained in South Punjab; I was able to sign MoUs with 55 Employers for young male/female. Some of the details are mentioned in my profile. I am well versed in developing modalities to build youth/adult peer-to-peer mentoring, introducing technology, innovation, and social media, to provide growth and learning opportunities that guide youth into a successful transition from the role of student to employment/self-employment.

My key expertise on very assignments remained to develop linkages to leverage resources, develop strategies for long-term sustainability of institutions and higher youth employment, and build institutional capacity to maintain linkages. I have good writing, communication/presentation and IT skills and have the ability to work in a team in a pressure and adjust myself in all type of circumstances.

I have sound knowledge of using SAP for budget planning, monitoring and report generation.
